Everything you’re wondering about presales answered
When will NALU be completed and move-in ready?
Construction is underway now, with completion and occupancy targeted for Spring 2027. We’ll keep all registered buyers updated as milestones are reached.
What makes NALU different from other new developments?
NALU was designed on a human scale — 12 homes that emphasize connection, sustainability, and thoughtful design. With features like individual e-bike garages, a balance between private and shared green spaces, and practical, usable interior space that is both stylish and functional - it’s a project built for modern, active living in Vic West.
How can I take advantage of early pricing?
Our “First Wave” pricing rewards early buyers with preferred rates available until a set number of homes are sold or until March 15, 2026. Register early to lock in your opportunity.
How do presales work — and when do I pay?
When you decide to purchase, you’ll sign a contract and provide a deposit according to the project’s payment schedule. Within 7 days of signing, we ask for a 5% deposit of the purchase price to be held in trust. There is also an additional deposit of 5% that is required (usually 90 days) after the first deposit for a total of 10% in deposits. The remaining balance is due at completion, once the home is move-in ready.
Are parking and storage available?
Yes. NALU includes limited on-site parking with EV-ready stalls, secure bike garages (including space for cargo e-bikes), and private storage for each home thoughtfully built in to every unit. Another advantage of getting in early is to secure one of the onsite parking stalls. Note that there is only one off-street parking stall left. There are also plenty of street parking spots that are readily available along Edward Street and Mary Street.
Who is developing NALU?
NALU is developed by Skale Properties, a Victoria-based developer focused on thoughtful, sustainable, and community-minded design. Every home is built with intention — balancing craftsmanship, comfort, and connection to place.
